Step 02
Receive approval
Approved applicants become club members and can view private offer pages, concierge request tools, and request history.
Step 03
Submit a private request
Members provide destination, dates, traveler details, and value tier. Operations confirm eligibility and source availability manually.
Step 04
Approve quote and pay
After review, StayLux issues a final EUR quote. Members pay through a controlled Stripe Checkout flow, with local currency presentation when available.
Step 05
Concierge fulfillment
The booking is fulfilled manually, logged for compliance, and delivered with a clear confirmation trail.
No public anonymous checkout.
StayLux does not expose live reward inventory or fulfillment paths on the public site. Manual review stays in place from membership approval through offer fulfillment.
